Tell us about the detail of your plushies. You can write their name, condition, history with you, how do you want to fix them. Also please send us photos of your soft toys so that we can conduct examinations and formulate appropriate restoration plans.
Creating repairing plan base on the patient intake form and photos. We will let you know the cost, schedule and plan before you leave your cherished plushies with us.
Once we start working, we will reach you out at least once in a week to show you how they spend time with us. You never feel nervous and unsafe.

Note:Every plushie is unique.Final price will be confirmed after photo inspection.
We treat every patient like our own. All materials used are non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and pet/child safe.
Generally we complete cleaning/repairing within one week. The turnaround time for repair and cleaning depends on the condition, degree of damage, and level of dirtiness of each plushie. We will provide an estimated timeframe in advance; however, please note that the process may take longer if unexpected repairs become necessary during treatment.

But sometimes original smells would be removed during our cleaning process.
We make sure to let you know in that case before doing something. We can discuss how we figure out.
