The Soft Toy Clinic was born when my own childhood bear desperately needed repair, and I realized how hard it was to find a service I could truly trust with something so irreplaceable. Most places treated plushies as ordinary fabric items, completely missing the emotional bond and memories attached to them. That is why I created a sanctuary where every plushie is treated like family. We promise to handle your cherished companion with the utmost gentle care, restoring them safely so they can stay by your side for years to come.
We gently clean your soiled plushies, restoring their freshness without losing their original shape.
We can secure or replace lost eyes and noses, and even use custom patches to create a uniquely personalized look. Rather than making your plushie look brand new, our goal is to restore them while preserving all of your precious memories.
Tell us about the detail of your plushies. You can write their name, condition, history with you, how do you want to fix them. Also please send us photos of your soft toys so that we can conduct examinations and formulate appropriate restoration plans.

Once we start working, we will reach you out at least once in a week to show you how they spend time with us. You never feel nervous and unsafe.
